Drawing Still Life | Maria Nazyrova

Drawing Still Life | Maria Nazyrova

Develop or improve your drawing skills in this 6 week course with drawing expert Maria Nazyrova.
Focusing on still life, you will work on a single composition over the six weeks, gradually refining your skills and techniques across the course.

What will I learn?

Working from a still life subject set up in the classroom, Maria will structure the class in a way that enables you to focus on different aspects of drawing technique, including:

• Composition
• transferring the composition to the drawing format
• using different soft drawing materials, such as sepia, charcoal and pastel
• tone and volume
• details and finishing touches

At the end of the course you will have completed a large-scale still life work.

There will be a maximum of 8 students in this course so you will receive plenty of personalised attention.

Who is this course suitable for?

Students who have some basic drawing experience and would like to refine their drawing skills with guidance.

What do I need to bring?
